Kat Harvey + Ava Dorworth

Ava Dorworth and Kat Harvey are both my teammates on the RFH field hockey team. They are two of the most enthusiastic members on the JV team, and motivate us during difficult runs, practices, and games. They maintain positive attitudes even when we lose games, which is inspiring to everyone on the team.

When I interviewed them and asked what keeps them motivated, they gave an interesting perspective:
